"Uncle David Story" found-object sculpture

My mother's Uncle David was found murdered behind the levee not more than a mile or so from our house. I was about 6 or 7 then, and I regularly played in the woodland and scrub where he was found.

I wrote a story about Uncle David that I will be moving to this page because I am recycling (painting over) the original painting I first did for the story.  I'm sure I will be recycling these drawings eventually as well because I am never satisfied with my work for long.
